At present, I follow Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products.

For Mel Caramel, this is more than just a regulation that must be strictly fulfilled to obtain certification for the honey, pollen, propolis and other apiculture products that I sell. Instead, it is also an ethical apiculture production philosophy, which enables production of internationally-recognised quality while guaranteeing the welfare of my bees.

The respectful handling of the bees, along with the privileged location of the estates where my apiaries are located, means I can offer my customers high-quality apiculture products, which are available in limited quantities and are unique on the market.
