Small sustainable

Mel Caramel is a small business specialising in certified organic honey from Mallorca. My apiaries are very small and sustainable and are located in natural sites far from possible contamination with herbicides and insecticides from industrial farming.
Because of the irregular rain in the Mediterranean climate, my harvests are always very small and so I have limited production but the high diversity of melliferous plants in Mallorca creates ideal conditions for collecting very high-quality honey with exceptional organoleptic characteristics (taste, aroma, texture, colour).
